Terms & ConditionsThese terms of business supersede all other previous terms of business.V.A.T. :All prices exclude VAT. VAT at the current rate will be added to all invoices.Prices:This price list supersedes all previous Vet Direct Services Ltd price lists. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice if necessary. We reserve the right to correct clerical omissions and errors.Payments, Discounts & Special Offers:Payment is due in full by the last day of the month following the date of invoice.If you are entitled to a discount utilising the Vet Direct Monthly Discount Scheme you will be sent a DiscountLetter with your monthly statement. This letter will advise you of the date that payment needs to be made byfor you to receive the allotted discount amount (and how much you need to pay). The date is normally 18th ofthe following month. Failure to pay by that date will result in the cancellation of any discount applicable in thatmonth. VAT is excluded from Discount Scheme calculations. Items marked with * after the price are excludedfrom the monthly discount scheme.Monthly Chocolate Offer totals exclude items marked with * after the price.Payment by credit card will attract an additional charge of 1.75%.Overdue Payments:We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at a rate of 8% above the National WestminsterBank PLC base rate.Delivery:Vet Direct Services Ltd will aim to despatch on the same day all orders received by 4.00pm. PLEASE NOTE: CLOTHING - WE AIM TO GET 95% of orders out within 2 Weeks and the rest up to 6 Weeks, also some capital equipment is ordered in speifically for you.Delivery will be by next working day courier or first class post to mainland UK.Carriage is free on orders over £60 (VAT exclusive) to mainland U.K. Orders under £60 (VAT exclusive) will becharged out at full carriage cost or actual postage and packing cost.Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles and all non mainland UK destinations will take longer.Carriage to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles and all non mainland UK destinations carriage will be charged at cost.Shortages, damages and errors such as oversupply must be reported to Vet Direct Services Ltd within 3 workingdays.Trial Equipment:Vet Direct has a selection of equipment available for trial. If you wish to have a trial of equipment there wouldbe a small charge of £50 + VAT to cover our costs of carriage. The small fee may be refunded if the item issubsequently purchased.Title:All goods remain the property of Vet Direct Services Ltd. until payment is complete.ReturnsIf you wish to return a product, please call to tell us the reason for return, and obtain a return authorisation (RA)number. No merchandise may be returned without authorisation.Some items, such as special orders, may not be returned.A re-stocking charge may be applicable. This would be £15 or 20% whichever is the higher.Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt (keep original shipping box).Used handpieces and equipment may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordancewith manufacturers warranties.If the error is ours, we will uplift via our courier at our own cost. If the return is through customer error, pleaseuse the original shipping boxes, pack well and insure* or alternatively we can uplift based on the price list below.Certain products require specifi c packing instructions. Please follow our suggestions.Vet Direct Uplift Prices:£12.85 0 - 10kg£15.55 10 - 20kg£21.65 20 – 50kgPOA 50kg +Insurance:If we uplift a product on your behalf Vet Direct cannot guarantee against damages. Vet Direct cannot acceptresponsibility for any damage in transit. We recommend that all goods over £100 should be insured* please askfor details.Please note :• All returns must be sufficiently packed against breakage or leakage, or no credit will be given and you will bebilled for any repair to new condition.• Packing material must be checked thoroughly.• Name, address, customer number and invoice number must accompany all returns. If not included, credit willbe delayed.• A copy of the original invoice must accompany return for credit.• Credits for returns will be processed as quickly as possible, but not always before the payment on the invoice isdue. In such cases, the credit will apply to the following billing statement.• Unsaleable merchandise (i.e. writing on bottles, opened bottles, crushed packaging etc.) will not be credited.• Returned goods must be clean, unmarked, complete and in undamaged packages.• All returns are subject to the policy of the manufacturer.• Non-stock items specially obtained for the customer will not be accepted back for credit.• All drug products for return must be received by Vet Direct at the latest 3 working days after delivery.
